Logos for NBEW 2026- How to Choose Your Download
You’ll see several graphic options available.
• Vertical posts (1080×1350) work best for Instagram feeds and offer strong visibility while scrolling. • Square posts (1080×1080) are safe for all platforms and won’t crop on profile grids. • Story graphics (1080×1920) are designed for Instagram Stories.
If you’re unsure where to start, choose a Vertical post — that’s our recommended option.
You’re welcome to download more than one version.
Some graphics are minimal. Others include the date or full event name. Some feature a larger or smaller number 7. Layouts may vary (NBEW on top vs. 7 on top).
Yes, there are a lot of 7 options; we’re working on adding more variety for the week.
Choose what fits your voice.

2026 THEME
National Black Estheticians’ Week 2026 marks Year Seven of NBEW.
With this milestone comes our official theme:
The Power of Seven: The Legacy Year.
Year Seven represents completion, refinement, and maturity. After six years of celebration, recognition, connection, education, and community-building, NBEW now enters its Legacy Year.
This is where effort turns into imprint, and community turns into institution.
Year 7 is our activation year, a moment of reset, reflection, and realignment. It marks NBEW’s transition from building to becoming.
The Power of Seven is not just a theme for this week. It establishes the framework for everything NBEW becomes next.
In 2026, National Black Estheticians’ Week centers on:
• Professional connection
• Education with purpose
• Community visibility
• Wisdom-sharing
• Intentional growth
• Collective advancement
• Long-term legacy
Everything during NBEW 2026 — including the schedule, educational sessions, and the Power of Seven Connection Challenge — is rooted in this framework.
The Copper Seven
Copper is traditionally associated with seventh anniversaries and symbolizes strength through time, beauty after pressure, endurance, and maturity.
In professional skincare, copper supports skin repair, collagen production, elasticity, barrier recovery, and wound healing, directly reflecting the restorative work Estheticians do every day.
Copper also conducts energy. Symbolically, it represents connection, transmission, and activation.
That mirrors what NBEW exists to do: circulate knowledge, opportunity, visibility, and economic power throughout the esthetics community.
Seven completes the cycle.
Copper moves it.
Together, they represent legacy in motion.
Copper also honors craft. Gold was for royalty. Silver for commerce. Copper was for builders, healers, and artisans — hands-on professionals shaping beauty and restoration through skill and service.
That’s us. And, that’s why copper is used throughout this year’s visual elements, such as the copper 7.
From Movement to Institution
Year Seven marks NBEW’s transition from emerging initiative to institutional legacy.
This year gives language to what has already been happening.
We create so we can rest.
We build so others inherit.
We show up so our imprint remains.
The Power of Seven formalizes that philosophy.
This is how we move from moment to movement.
From participation to permanence.
From recognition to legacy.
And with Year Seven comes a shift.
This is our Legacy Year.
The Power of Seven is not just a theme.
It is the framework for what NBEW becomes next.
As NBEW enters its Legacy Year, this next chapter is anchored by collective leadership through the NBEW Advisory Board.

NBEW 2026 SCHEDULE
February 22–28, 2026
The Power of the Seven: The Legacy Year
Micro Legacy Actions for Estheticians
(Seven Days. Seven Moves. Seven Seeds.)
Esthetician Legacy Creation
Micro Legacy Actions
5–10 minutes each. Low emotional lift. Real financial + business impact
Day 1 — SUNDAY — CLARITY DAY (Light + Identity)
Theme: Legacy starts with clarity.
Your 7-Minute Legacy Reset
- Write your esthetician identity:
“I am an esthetician who specializes in ______.”
- Write your WHY:
“My work exists to help ______.”
- Write ONE value your business stands on (healing, education, confidence, access, beauty, etc).
- Write ONE 7-year vision:
Studio, teaching, products, financial freedom, or family support. - Screenshot or save this page.
- Follow NBEW on one platform.
- Introduce yourself to ONE esthetician.
This becomes your legacy declaration.
––––––––––––––––––
DAY 2 — MONDAY — SPACE DAY (Atmosphere + Clearing)
Theme: Make room for wealth.
The 7-Item Clear Out
Delete or remove:
- One outdated flyer or price list
- One unused Canva design
- One old photo
- One expired service idea
- One unused subscription
- One cluttered phone folder
- One energy-draining client thought
Then create ONE new folder called:
My Legacy
This is where your future lives.
Space creates capacity and room to bring in wealth.
––––––––––––––––––
DAY 3 —TUESDAY — FOUNDATION DAY (Ground + Assets)
Theme: Build something small that lasts.
The 7-Seed Builder
Write down:
- One mini service idea
- One package name
- One referral offer
- One class or workshop title
- One product concept
- One collaboration idea
- One pricing thought
No perfection. Just planted.
You just practiced asset creation.
––––––––––––––––––
DAY 4 — WEDNESDAY — RHYTHM DAY (Money + Systems)
Theme: Put money on a schedule.
The $7 Legacy Money Move
Do ONE:
- Save $7
• Deposit $7
• Set aside $7
Name it:
Esthetician Legacy Fund
Then complete 6 more micro actions:
- Turn on auto-pay for one bill
- Schedule a weekly money check-in on your phone
- Rename one account “Business Growth”
- Bookmark a high-yield savings account
- Look up Roth IRA or index fund (no signup required today)
- Add “increase savings 1% yearly” to your calendar
That’s seven.
Wealth starts with automation.
And, Put Wealth on the Menu
Theme: Design access that brings income back to you.
Choose ONE group and create a simple special rate or dedicated service window.
You do not need to publish it yet. Just decide.
This is how you intentionally connect with new clients.
Examples you can use to create special rates or designated days:
- Teachers, educators, professors
• First responders (EMTs, firefighters, police)
• Nurses and healthcare workers
• Military and veterans
• Moms (monthly Mom Care Facial or Mom Mondays)
• College students
• Union workers (postal, transit, electrical, construction unions)
• Salon professionals (hair stylists, nail techs, massage therapists)
• Faith based communities
• Local women business owners
• Daycare providers and nannies
• Seniors (60+)
• Service industry (servers, bartenders)
Optional idea:
You may also assign a specific weekday to your chosen group, such as Teacher Tuesdays or First Responder Fridays.
This builds rhythm and repeat bookings.
Then comes this:
Write One Sentence in Notes
Fill in:
“I offer ______ for ______ because ______.”
Example:
“I offer Teacher Reset Facials for educators because they experience high stress and consistent skin barrier disruption from long workdays.”
Another example:
“I offer Mom Care Mondays for mothers because consistent self-care improves retention and referrals.”
This clarifies who you serve and why.
That is revenue alignment.
Then this:
Your 7 Minute Menu Wealth Builder
- Pick ONE group
- Decide the benefit (percentage off, bundled facial, or monthly rate)
- Name the offering (Teacher Reset, First Responder Recovery Facial, Mom Care Mondays)
- Write your one sentence explanation
- Screenshot your Notes so you do not forget
- Save it in your Legacy folder
- Share with one esthetician for accountability
Screenshotting simply preserves your decision. Ideas disappear. Systems stay.
You just created a micro revenue channel.
That is legacy economics.
––––––––––––––––––
DAY 5 — THURSDAY — FLOW DAY (Vision + Future)
Theme: What is your flow?
Answer these 7 questions in Notes:
- What do I want money to do for me?
- How many days per week do I want to work?
- What would a rich client experience feel like?
- What does freedom look like?
- Who do I serve best?
- What would I stop doing?
- What would I do more of?
This is conscious business design.
––––––––––––––––––
DAY 6 — FRIDAY — COMMUNITY DAY (Humans + Opportunity)
Theme: Wealth flows through people.
Seven Touchpoints
Connect with 7 estheticians today:
- Comment
• Reply
• Introduce yourself
• Ask location
• Ask specialty
• Save one contact
• Tag one peer
Simple message:
“Happy NBEW! Where are you located and what do you specialize in?”
This builds your professional web.
––––––––––––––––––
DAY 7 — SATURDAY — INSTALLATION DAY (Rest + Receive)
Theme: Let it land.
No building today.
7 Gentle Reflections
Write:
- What surprised you
- Who you met
- One money action you took
- One idea you’re keeping
- One boundary you’re setting
- One system you’ll repeat weekly
- One word for your future
Legacy integrates in rest.
NBEW . . .
Year 7 is when building becomes becoming.
This is not a theme.
This is NBEW’s foundation:
- Identity
• Assets
• Systems
• Rhythm
• Community
• Stewardship
• Rest
Seven seeds.
Seven days.
A lifetime of inheritance.
Let’s continue building together . . . this isn’t just a week, we’re establishing something more.
Stay tuned.
